Fence Construction Crew Leader

Fence Installer Job Summary

Are you a hard-working fence installer with excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude? We’re looking for someone like you to add to our growing fencing company. You’ll take direction from the project foreman to help prepare job sites, and use hand and power tools to prepare, remove, and install most types of fences. Fence Installer Responsibilities

  • Report to jobsite with the foreman and meet with client to review job details
  • Prepare the area for new fences using hand and power tools
  • Set fence posts, rails, and lines
  • Install wood, picket, vinyl, chain link
  • Inspect and maintain, or remove old fences
  • Ensure the truck has all the equipment and fencing materials for the day of work, and the load is secure
  • Keep the worksite free of debris upon completion

Fence Installer Qualifications

  • We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 3-year experience in fencing is required
  • Physically fit and good hand dexterity required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer satisfaction skills
