Shop Foreman

  • Pull any available jobs in the “ready to pull” rack

  • Unload delivery trucks as they come in

  • Post deliveries in CREW app as soon as they arrive

  • Communicate with the Maintenance Foreman about repairs needed on production trucks, augers, tools etc. 

  • Keep parts, filters, oils etc. in stock for Maintenance Foreman

  • Service Routers Weekly (Clean, Grease, Blow out CPU and Filters)

  • Wash fork truck engine bay weekly

  • Pick up trash and empty all trash cans in shop and yard daily

  • Sweep out the shop at the close of the business day (Do not Blow out)

  • Make sure the jobs for the next production day are pulled and ready to go, mandatory overtime is required if needed to accommodate this.\

  • Keep inventory Items in stock, communicate clearly to the General Manager/Field Superintendent or President/CEO when we are running low.

  • Other duties as assigned and needed, special projects or errands requested by the General Manager/Field Superintendent or President/CEO.
